FEMA’s Spring meeting 2026 (Committee meeting) will be held on Saturday 6 June in Helsinki, Finland.

The meeting will be hosted by SMOTO. All documents for the meeting will become available on our Google Drive, in the folder ‘COM June 2026’.

The meeting location is Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa.

Average daily high temperature in Helsinki on June 6th has been 18°C, but the temperature could be anything between 3-29°C.

From Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the hotel:

• Friday 5 June – Motorcycle ride
• Friday 5 June – Dinner at approximately 20.00h (at your own cost)
• Saturday 6 June – Committee meeting from 09:30h
• Saturday 6 June – Tour de Helsinki for the partners
• Saturday 6 June – Joint dinner at approximately 19.30h
• Sunday 7 June – Motorcycle ride

Participation costs:

• Cost for a single room: €110 per night, for a double room it is €130 per night (breakfast included). To be paid at the reception.
• The meeting package is €77 p/p, including lunch and afternoon coffee, coffee and tea available all day.
• The costs for online participation will be €15 p/p.
• The cost for the meeting room is €37.50 for every member organisation (as decided by the Committee in February 2025).

After your registration you will receive an invoice for the meeting and the Saturday dinner from FEMA. We will book your hotel room, but you have to pay for yourself at the reception of the hotel.
