Spring meeting 2026 – Finland FEMA’s Spring meeting 2026 (Committee meeting) will be held on Saturday 6 June in Helsinki, Finland. The meeting will be hosted by SMOTO. All documents for the meeting will become available on our Google Drive, in the folder ‘COM June 2026’. The meeting location is Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa. Average daily high temperature in Helsinki on June 6th has been 18°C, but the temperature could be anything between 3-29°C. We will book your hotel room, but you have to pay for yourself at the reception of the hotel. The meeting package is €77 p/p, including meeting room, lunch and afternoon coffee, coffee and tea available all day. The costs for online participation will be €15 p/p. The cost for the meeting room is €25 for every member organisation (as decided by the Committee in February 2025). After your registration you will receive an invoice for the meeting from FEMA.
