FEMA’s Spring meeting 2025 (Committee meeting) will be held on Saturday 7 June in Arlanda, Sweden.

The meeting will be hosted by SMC. All documents for the meeting will become available on our Google Drive, in the folder ‘COM June 2025’. The meeting location, Scandinavian XPO, is located five minutes from the international Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The airport and the hotel are located 35 km from the capital city of Sweden.

Program:

• Friday 6 June 2025 – A guided motorcycle tour from 14.00 to 18.00h, led by Louise Faymonville. Departure from the hotel. An introduction to the Vikings through the rune stones.
• Saturday 7 June 2025 – Committee meeting from 09:30h.
• Sunday 8 June 2025 – An all-day motorcycle tour, led by Dominique Faymonville. Only asphalt, discovery of the nice region around Stockholm.

Participation costs:

• Cost for one room: 950 SEK/person (€85) and the diner (525 SEK/€46) = €130 per day.
• SMC will cover the costs for the meeting room, the lunch and the famous Swedish fika.
