Spring meeting 2024 - Germany

FEMA’s Spring meeting 2024 (Committee meeting) will be held on Saturday 1 June in Bad Homburg, Germany.

The meeting will be hosted by BVDM. All documents for the meeting will become available on our Google Drive, in the folder ‘COM June 2024’.

Program:

Friday 31 May 2024 – Joint motorbike tour under the motto ‘In the name of the rose’ (click here for the description).
Friday 31 May 2024 – Dinner at the Maritim hotel. Cost €39 per person (self-paying).
Saturday 1 June 2024 – Committee meeting from 09:30h.
Saturday 1 June 2024 – At approximately 17.00h a short walk together for a visit to a castle or a private museum about the ‘Gordon Bennett Race’ (the first race in Germany). Afterwards dinner together in a restaurant in the immediate vicinity (self-paying).

Participation cost:
The cost for the meeting, including drinks and lunch is €90 p/p.
The costs for online participation will be €15 p/p.

Single room: €119, double room €129 (+ a visitor’s tax of €3.10 pp/per night). The maximum stay is from Thursday 30 May until Monday 3 June.

The rooms are reserved for us until 15 April 2024. After that there is no guarantee. Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before the meeting.
