The costs
The hotels costs €158.00 p/night, incl. breakfast (€10 extra for your partner).
The cost for the meeting, including drinks, refreshments & lunch is €90 p/p.
Dinner on Saturday is €49.50 p/p, incl. two drinks.

The costs for online participation will be €15 p/p.

After your registration you will receive an invoice for the full amount (hotel, meeting and Saturday dinner) from FEMA, which you must pay before the meeting. The dinner on Friday you will have to pay yourself.
