      • Joint dinner on Friday is €49.50 p/p, incl. two drinks.
      • Joint dinner on Saturday is €49.50 p/p, incl. two drinks.
      • The costs for online participation will be €15 p/p.

After your registration you will receive an invoice for the full amount (hotel, meeting and dinner(s)) from FEMA, which you must pay before the meeting.

The joint dinner on Friday will be around 19.30h; if this time does not fit your travel schedule, you can choose to eat in the restaurant at your own cost. In that case, select ‘no‘ where asked “Will you join us for the joint dinner on Friday?“.
