Committee Meeting – 14 Februari 2026 The next FEMA committee meeting will take place in the Netherlands on Saturday 14 February 2026. This is our AGM, Annual General Meeting, during which the Management Board of the Federation consisting of the President, the Treasurer and up to eight members. will be elected. The meeting will start at 09.30h. The meeting location: Hotel Schiphol Rijksweg A4 Nr.3 2132 MA Hoofddorp – Schiphol Hotel, restaurant, pub and meeting room under one roof An easy shuttle bus to and from the airport (‘Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol A4’) Free parking Free gym Free swimming pool Shuttle service There is a shuttle service available from and to Schiphol Airport, for details click here. Parking Parking is free during your stay in the hotel. The costs The cost for the meeting facilities (incl. drinks, refreshments & lunch) is €50 p/p. The cost for the meeting room is €37.50 for every member organisation (as decided by the Committee in February 2025). The costs for online participation will be €15 p/p. Joint dinner on Saturday is €49.50 p/p + €17,50 for unlimited beer, soft drinks and wine during dinner for a maximum duration of two hours. The hotels costs €189.74 p/night, incl. breakfast and tourist tax (+ €19.50 for your partner). To be paid at the reception. After your registration you will receive an invoice for the meeting and dinner from FEMA. We will book your hotel room, but you have to pay for yourself at the reception of the hotel. On Friday you can choose to eat in the hotel’s restaurant at your own cost. REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. If you are too late to register, you have to book your own hotel room.
