The next FEMA committee meeting will take place in the Netherlands on Saturday 14 February 2026.

This is our AGM, Annual General Meeting, during which the Management Board of the Federation consisting of the President, the Treasurer and up to eight members. will be elected. The meeting will start at 09.30h.

Parking is free during your stay in the hotel.

The costs

  • Joint dinner on Saturday is €49.50 p/p + €17,50 for unlimited beer, soft drinks and wine during dinner for a maximum duration of two hours.
  • The hotels costs €189.74 p/night, incl. breakfast and tourist tax. To be paid at the reception.

After your registration you will receive an invoice for the dinner from FEMA. We will book your hotel room, but you have to pay for yourself at the reception of the hotel.

On Friday you can choose to eat in the hotel’s restaurant at your own cost.
